About The Project's Email Discussion List
As an additional support and sharing medium the 6 Month Fitness Project has an email discussion list for participants.
What It's For
The email discussion list is for sharing information and getting to know other participants, for posting one's action intention(s) for the day, and reporting back what happened in regard to the action intention, and for enjoying comradeship as we go toward increased fitness for the next six months.
How To Use It
Feel free to participate regularly on the list or only occasionally. You can even "lurk" quietly. Since this is an open subcription list, please avoid giving personal information that could identify you, no phone numbers or addresses, etc. You do not need to provide your own name, and can subscribe anonymously by using an email address that does not contain your name.
You can introduce yourself at any time, giving a bit of background, or none at all.
I request that among any other postings to the email discussion list that you post daily what you intend to do, actionwise, toward fitness that day. And, either the next day or that evening please post the results of your actions, and anything relevant that you want to share and/or think would be helpful to others.
